Kalskor Tannery has been established in 1907 as Leather Factory Sowadski and Partners. Nowadays it is very hard to find any remnants of those days, despite the photos hanging on the walls. The sole element being unchanged in Kalskor Tannery is the method of vegetable tanning of bovine skins, that has been ameliorated for years. This method is based on the use of Quebracho and Mimosa tannins, which allows us to find the wide range of application of these two components for leathers manufactured in Kalisz. Despite the basic production of vegetable leathers, we also deal with soft chrome-vegetable leathers and splits, that enrich our offer. The constant modernization of our machine park, implementation of the latest technologies and the use of raw material of Polish origin, being considered as one of the best in the world, are our additional assets.
